May Giveaway Day! Starting May 27th- May 31st my readers will have a chance to win a set of three homemade burp cloths (possibly different fabric than what is pictured).



For a chance to win, please tell me your favorite meal to make or bake. Also let me know if it will be for a boy, a girl, or gender neutral (not pictured). Then I will randomly select a winner. Thanks and good luck!

My favorite go-to meal is bean and cheese quesadillas. Get the tortillas that you cook yourself, and spread a thin layer of beans, and a thick layer of longhorn-style cheddar. Yum-o with a root beer float!

ummmm.... favorite meal... I love lots of meals... For breakfast I LOVE raspberry scones ( so yummy and easy) for lunch.. Chicken salad sandwhiches on crossants. Dinner. I love Chicken scampi, bbq chicken pizza with cilantro. If you want any of these recipes let me know. They are yummy.

My favorite meals to make are really hardy soups and stews. I don't think that you can beat a good bowl of soup, especially if it's serves with some yummy crusty bread and a nice salad. I would prefer a burp set in boy colors.

One of my favorite things to bake is two-layer pineapple upside down cake. It's my mom's favorite and she asks for it on every major holiday.

I have good friends that are pregnant with a girl and one that is waiting to find out so any set would be wonderful!

My favorite meal to make is almost anything in a crock pot - Start some meat, broth and veggies in the morning, and be welcomed home to delicious smells after work!

I know so many people who are having young-uns, I am sure I can do with colors for either gender!!

I love the boy ones, but since my sister is being patient and leaving it a surprise until birth, I'm going to have to go with gender neutral.

I like making pasta. I know it sounds weird, but try this sometime: pasta with asparagus. Cut the asparagus and cook it with some minced garlic in lemon or orange fancy soda. You know, like San Pelligrino or the kind that come in glass bottles (Target has some great ones). The soda makes the asparugus slightly sweet so that even my four year old will eat it! My husband, however, will not.

My favorite meal to make is chicken pot pie with a green salad and iced tea. For dessert... either chocolate chip cheesecake squares or butterfinger pie! YUM. (I'm all about the comfort foods!)

The burp clothes are great! I don't have any children yet but soon. I do have several nephews whose parents could benefit from some new burp clothes!
My favorite meal must be a medium rare steak with side of garlic mashed potatoes, and balsamic glazed asparagus or swiss chard also balsamic glazed. All accompanied by a glass of red wine.

My favorite meal is glazed chicken. It's really easy to get a lot of variety. You just cook up the chicken, then pour in a bit of vineagrette in whatever flavor you have. The vinegar sweetens as it cooks and the result is great every time.

Thanks for the great giveaway! If I win, I will use them with my little boy. One of my favorite meals to make is calzones! I make some of the best homemade dough, throw in great toppings, sprinkle on some garlic salt, and serve it up with some chunky (often homemade!) spaghetti sauce. We tend to serve this as a treat on Friday nights!

Fav meal? Chicken Alfredo. My recipe cooks up in a snap with simple ingredients and it's modification/experiment/don't-have-that-in-the-pantry-days friendly.

This is very easy, because my repertoire is very limited! I like to make my Mom's Pot Roast and Mashed Potatoes. Very low fat. Love the burp clothes, but it would have to be gender neutral - we don't know whether it will be a niece or nephew! Thanks

My favorite thing to make is homemade pizza. DH and I are from NY (the pizza mecca of the world). We moved to Ohio and just can't get good pizza. Homemade pizza is the next best thing to NY pizza. We have it every friday as a celebration for making it through the week!

Adorable burp cloths! I would send them to my newborn nephew.

One of my favorite summertime meal is a "skinny" pizza which I make using lavash bread as a crust and top it with good quality olive oil, shaved parmesan, fresh herbs and olives - that and a side of melon, deliciousness! (PS - I bake it at 450 til the cheese melts and it's crisp as a cracker.)

I just love the way moms today use fabric with non-traditional designs. We had way too many generations who had duckies and puppies in pink, blue, and yellow!

My favorite meal is a diabetic recipe we got a few years back when we saw it being made by the authors of the cookbook. It's a Chicken Fajita pizza that takes about 20 minutes, starting with frozen chicken breast strips to be put into the oven and everyone fights over this stuff. It is totally not diabetic food tasting but soooooooo good. It's our favorite meal.

I LOVE to make Tortilla Soup. There's a recipe on my blog if you want to check it out. It's chock-full of good-for you stuff, it makes tons, the leftovers are even better than when it's freshly made, and it's amazingly delicious!

I'd like either girl or neutral. I know a couple of ladies who are having girls, but neutral can be more useful, if future babies are boys!

I love to make what I call marinated smothered chicken. I marinate it all day in Italian dressing then take it out and put it in a pan and put pepper jack cheese on top, bake 350 for about 1 hour. Super good flavor and easy!!! I love the boy ones (as I just had a little boy)

Hmmm...a favorite meal to make...that's kind of hard to choose. I guess I will say my homemade (from scratch) chicken pot pie. It is so delicious and surprisingly easy! I am pregnant and would love those burp cloths, though I don't know what I am having yet.

That's a hard question. I love to cook! My favorite to make is wedding soup. It took me A LOT of tries to figure out that broth, but I finally did!

The burp cloths would have to be gender neutral. My niece is expecting and no one knows what the baby will be yet.

My favorite meal to make is Cheesy Tuna Casserole. It is made with wide egg noodles and zucchini in layers, plus lots of tuna and cheese. My whole family loves it, but it is my personal favorite.

Both of my neighbors are pregnant right now and are going to be surprised as to boy or girl! Isn't that fun?? Anyways put me in for the boy set. :)

My favorite meal is stovetop chicken casserole- chicken, mushroom soup combined with sour cream, green beans, and top the whole thing with stovetop stuffing. YUM!

my fav dessert is triple layer chocolate cake with whipped cream inbetween the layers and buttercream frosting on the outside.
